Tim is a high profile Business Consultant working with CEO/Director level decision makers for Global companies. His remit is to help them to better leverage their potential assets for growth, with a particular emphasis on customer mindset and leveraging the potential of the specific category for that customer.
He has many years Global experience in Europe, the US and Asia. During this time his clients have included IBM,Levi’s, Audi, Sony. GSK, Nike, BBC, and the Star Wars film brand.
He has worked in the luxury brand sector for LMVH, Ralph Lauren, Audi, BMW,Tag Heuer, Brewin Dolphin Wealth management, Alfred Dunhill and Smythson of Bond Street, on business/brand positioning for increasing profitability.
He has worked extensively in Latin America with Coca Cola across their portfolio of brands, most recently in 2013 being at the heart of the brand design and implementation of COKE LIFE in Argentina. This is to be launched in Europe and the US in 2014.
Tim is particularly interested in the “codification” of the creative business processes and the ability to build “creative action” from the inside of an organisation. In 2013 he designed the Business Growth methodology built around the “Business Growth Script’’ TM, and story telling best practice from Hollywood and beyond, successfully bench testing it internationally on both new and existing businesses, Corporates and SMEs.
